Authentic handwoven Navajo area rug. This area rug has a cream colored base with black and red "Butterfly" design made with 100% sheeps wool from Western Reservation (c. 1940). Weaver unknown. Has original  Americana Indian Shows tag attached and features tied corner yarns, a classic Navajo finishing touch. Measures 63"H x 34"W. A highly desirable size to fit into modern living spaces making it ideal as a hallway accent, entryway runnner, or high impact wall hanging. Good condition. See photos.
